BEEF YA KAGAME NA MTIKILA YAPAMBA MOTO: Mtikila has extreme genocide ideology, says Kagame

Kagame has said Mtikila has extreme genocide ideology, similar to what was promoted in Rwanda in 1960s. 

He said this at a press conference, adding that Mtikila published an article, calling Tutisi snakes, that they don't deserve to live, and showed great hate! 

The president also said that mtikila tried to regionalize the hate and his government (Tanzania) said nothing and did nothing ABOUT IT.

It should be recalled that Mtikila used Jamii Forum and wavatu to dehumanize tutsis as a tribe, while commenting on eviction of Wasukuma from forests in Kagera. The article breached one of the rules of Jamii Forums that is against use of hate speech, bigotry and promoting hatred and racism on the forums. But since those who were attacked were Tutisis, then it was allowe to go. 

Mtikila appealed to his readers that Bantu were one against non-bantu Tutsis!
